Dinner up Millcreek Canyon

Sunday night was such a nice night, we decided to go up the canyon and make tin foil dinners.  It was a pretty good night, despite the rain storm!

Jeff's Birthday Celebration

We all met up late Saturday night to cook dinner and celebrate Jeff's birthday. We made Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Garlic Bread, and Edamame.  Kelli made German Chocolate Cupcakes for Jeff's birthday too. It was all so tasty!

Great Salt Lake

After FHE on Monday night, we took a drive to some broke down train near the Great Salt Lake. Jeff and Kelli got eaten alive by bugs, hence they funny faces in these pics!

This is a pretty dorky picture, but it makes me laugh cause we are all laughing so hard.

Drive In

These are not awesome pics, but that's all I had.  We went to the drive in to see Iron Man 2 and How to Train Your Dragon.

Map Dart Adventure

After FHE, we needed something to do because the weather was nice and Jeff had just finished one of his finals. So we printed off a map, dropped a pen on it, and wherever the pen landed - that's where we went! We ended up on about 8500 south and 4000 west.

Fondue Night

We had fondue night complete with cheese and chocolate. Dipping stuff was pretzels, marshmallows, brownies, cookies, asparagus, broccoli, pitas, bananas, apples, multi-grain bread, and I'm sure some other stuff I can't remember.
